CROSSFIT LEVEL 2 TRAINER
I bring over 12 years of experience in strength and conditioning, with a strong background in both athletic and tactical training. CSCS- and USAW-certified, and holding a Master’s in Kinesiology (Exercise Science), I have worked extensively with the U.S. Army, including as Lead Human Performance Specialist for the 274th ASOS and Lead Strength Coach for the 2-15 Field Artillery Battalion, focusing on performance enhancement and injury prevention.
An alumnus and former adjunct professor at SUNY Cortland, I also served as head coach at SaltCity CrossFit and Core Fitness, guiding athletes to their fitness potential and building leadership within his team. I have developed strength and conditioning programs for local high schools and I am a seasoned public speaker, having presented at NSCA symposiums. A lifelong golfer and member of the Pompey Club, I am driven by a passion for athletic development and high-level performance training.
